We accept purchases through conventional loans, FHA, USDA, VA and cash purchases. Deltona Corporation does not have a preferred lender, but we have a list of lenders we recommend for your convenience if needed. Just ask us!
Our homes come with a 10-year structural warranty.
Customizations on homes in the early stages of permitting and construction are accepted. Buyers can choose colors and add minor upgrades. No structural changes to the home are allowed.
No, the Homes by Deltona Citrus Springs community does not have HOA fees.
