Each Deltona community made a mark in an already competitive market place - Florida.

1962 to the present: Deltona Lakes, Spring Hill, Citrus Springs, St. Augustine Shores, Marco Island, Pine Ridge, Seminole Woods and Tierra Verde were all acquired, masterplanned and sold.

1968: Sunny Hills, 17,700 "pristine" scenic acres in the Panhandle north of Panama City, was opened. Sunny Hills had its grand re-opening in March 2002 with a new line of houses.

1973: Marion Oaks, 15,000 acres that held a sparkle in the company's eye in Marion County.
